Excellent!!
Just thought of Simple math!
P2 Total: 1000 shares = 1000Rs
P1 buy 500 from P2 for 600Rs
Now, P2 has 500 shares = 500 + 600 =1100
P1 has 600Rs worth of shares.
Next day, FII press Sell, stock lose 20% of its value. Now
P1 = 500* .8 + 600 = 1000Rs
P2 = 500* .8 = 400Rs
Loss for ppl who panics = 1700 - 1400 = 300!
FII buy the stocks which they shorted with 300Rs gain!
